Starting Strength Training
Built on Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength methodology, this program centers on the compound barbell lifts: squat, press, deadlift, bench press, and power clean. Functional Strength & Mobility
A movement-first program blending mobility, stability, and dynamic strength. Every session works through patterns that matter outside the gym: hinging, squatting, pressing, pulling, rotating, and carrying. Ideal for active adults who want to feel athletic again, weekend warriors protecting their next 20 years of sport, and anyone training around stiffness, old injuries, or joint limitations. Endurance Training
Zone-based endurance coaching grounded in Pfitzinger's Advanced Marathoning and Norwegian Method principles. Training is organized around your VT1 and VT2 thresholds and dialed in with VO2 max data, so every easy day stays aerobic and every hard session hits the intended system. Built for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and longevity-focused adults who understand VO2 max as one of the strongest predictors of healthspan. How do I book a free fitness assessment?
Your complimentary fitness assessment is included with the purchase of any personal training session or a Complete Cardiometabolic Profile test. Once you've purchased, email members@eovita.club or use our contact form and our team will schedule your assessment, usually within a few days.
Can I get an assessment without purchasing training first?
Our fitness assessments are reserved for clients who have started a training program or cardiometabolic profile. This keeps the assessment tied to an actionable plan so our coaches can spend their time helping clients who are ready to train with the findings.
How long is a personal training session?
Our standard one-on-one personal training sessions are 50 minutes, long enough to warm up, work through the day's programming, and debrief. Extended sessions are available for specific training blocks or assessment-heavy days.
Do I need to be a member to train with an EO VITA coach?
No. Personal training is available to both members and non-members. Members save 20% on every session by using their unique code at checkout, along with discounted access to testing and recovery services.
Can I combine strength, functional, and endurance programming?
Yes. Many of our clients are hybrid athletes blending strength, mobility, and endurance. Your coach builds a weekly structure that integrates the programs based on your goals, schedule, and recovery capacity.
What if I'm coming back from injury or have mobility limitations?
Our Functional Strength and Mobility program is built for exactly this. Your fitness assessment identifies movement limitations, and your coach programs around them while rebuilding your strength, range of motion, and confidence.
